What does 'Bliksim' mean?
'Bliksem' is an Afrikaans exclamation. It's what you mutter under your breath when something goes right. Or, more often, when it goes horribly wrong on the golf course. We like the second one.
What about cap sizing?
Our caps are one size fits all. They come with an adjustable strap at the back. Simple.
How long does shipping take within South Africa?
We typically pack orders within 2 working days. After that, your parcel should arrive via courier within 2-5 working days, depending on where you are in South Africa.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're working on it. For now, we're focusing on our South African golfers. Keep an eye out.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return any unworn items with their original tags. Just make sure they're in the same condition you received them. Drop us an email at howzit@bliksim.com to arrange it.
Tell me about the ball marker set.
Our Big Five ball markers are magnetic. They come as a set of five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. We don't sell them individually. The whole Big Five, or nothing.
How do I care for my Bliksim cap?
A gentle spot clean with a damp cloth should do the trick. Don't throw it in the washing machine. That's a good way to ruin a cap.
