Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders ship from South Africa. Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days. Courier delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Shipping rates

We charge a flat shipping rate on orders under R950. Orders of R950 or more ship free.

International shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is on the way — email howzit@bliksim.com if you would like to be notified when it launches.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us at howzit@bliksim.com and we will chase the courier for you.
